Think about it Thursday

Have you ever bought a crafting tool
you just "HAD" to have only
to find you really didn't like it or ever
use it?
For me I purchased the Martha Stewart
Mini scoreboard
Adore the original one
mini one sits in my drawer
Also purchased the Martha Stewart
stamp press the small and the large
never use them
Love the fiskar's stamp press
and recently got the MISTI
omg if you don't have that and you mess
up stamping this it the tool for you
I will admit it is pricey but that is one
tool I don't regret buying.....

  1. Hi Karen! I purchased the I-topper to make my own brads, the tool and all the accessories are still in the original packaging from about 2 years ago!

  2. I've bought some things never used & returned them. If no receipt then at least you get store credit for the least sale amt. I have MISTI and bought it from the manufacturer and definitely do not regret buying it at the $50 price. I bought the Cricut Explore Air. Sold my first Cricut last yr at yard sale. Sold my Cricut Exp this yr at yard sale. At first I was not familiar with the Cricut Explore Air & Design Space but have become more familiar watching tutorials and learning. I bought 1 yr Cricut Design Space subscription. I do not regret buying the Cricut Explore Air or the 1 yr subscription. Just finished mowing the yard (back first, then front, side & alley area). We have a big yard. With forecast for 50% rain Fri & 60% Sat I figured that I would help hubby out. We had bought an electric mower to be more green/gas conservative but the charge would only be enough to do the front or back so we sold the electric at yard sale and got another gas mower.

  3. I have bought so many things I thought I would use all the time but don't. Like the iRock (I think that was the name) It was supposed to attach gems but it was just to time-consuming. And a melt pot. I want to use it but never have the time. I do use my MS mini scoreboard all the time. I rarely ever pull my larger one out anymore. I've been eying the Misti and I will probably give in and purchase it, too!! Have a great day :)

  5. I think this is a loaded question Karen! LOL I believe everyone of us has at one point or another purchase a crafty item thinking we NEED it and then we don't! I could say this with my Making Memories Metal tagger.. you remember that tool? it came with these metal saying and looked like an L shape and the it sat in this handheld tool... then you place your ribbon and then squeeze it... and then the metal tag was attached.... I actually still have it! Haha... Same for my MS Score board... the big one... had to have it then I barely use it... I score stuff with my cutter.... Had to have the Purple Cow cutter from QVC long time ago.... HATED IT!! Gave it to my niece.... tons of cartridges I thought I needed,,,, still in packages... Such a waste of money really... :( I did just purchase the Fuse by We R Memory... I kind of like it! So we shall see if its a keeper! I also have that IROCK Lisa was talkin' About... Don't use it either.... I rather used already adhesive gems!!! LOL :) Have a great Day! :) Theresa

  7. Funny you should ask. Today I bought an EK Sucees chalk holder with skinny chalk. I have tried it on all kinds of paper. It doe not show up. Last year I bought a tool that punched holes so you could stitch diferent patterns on paper. I couldn't get that to work eithe. I also have a cricut expression that I used once. I prefer a purple cricut that I got one Black Friday at Walmart. I love my gypsy and all of the carts I own
